Oversee current process and protocols and compare to best practices, standards, identify areas that require improvement and recommend priorities based on HIPAA and governmental guidelines. Must have progressive experience in clinical process improvement and organizational change and project management. Functions as Clinical Resource in relation to the development, implementation and maintenance of electronic medical records. CA RN license required. Must have at least two (2) years experience in electronic/healthcare system.
