Job Description:
Functions as an integral member of the Information Management team under the direction and supervision of the Director. The position provides technical help for all PC related problems and is an expert in using information technology in finding solutions for operational problems. At least three (3) years related experience required. Excellent customer service skills. Proficient and PC/Laptop hardware troubleshooting and repair. Proficient in Microsoft windows (XP, Vista, 7) and Apple OS 10.X. Proficient in Active Directory user management. Experience with server level operating systems. Understanding of basic network concepts. Experience in VB scripting.Heathcare experience a plus!
