Message from the President
Delano Regional Medical Center (governed by Central California Foundation for Health).
We are a hospital of “Firsts,” from the 1980’s to today. We were the first hospital in the County to perform laparoscopic cholecystectomies, the first hospital to open a subacute unit under the new regulations, the first in the area to offer weight loss surgery for individuals suffering from morbid obesity, and the first hospital in the San Joaquin Valley to have cardiac imaging CT capability, to name just a few. We have always been on the cutting edge of healthcare and will continue to do so.
The field of health care is constantly evolving and changing; raising issues we have to address to continue to provide you with the most advanced technology and skilled care available. However, the bottom line at Delano Regional Medical Center has always been, and continues to be, the health and well being of the people in the communities we serve. Whether it’s an emergency affecting you or a member of your family, a simple outpatient test, (whether minor or complex) surgery, or a specialty service such as Ear Nose and Throat (ENT), orthopedics, or obstetrics, I am confident that you can count on our staff to provide you with kind, competent, considerate service. Our physicians and technology are on the cutting edge, and our staff is a highly educated and committed group of professionals.
Our website was designed to help you become familiar with the numerous health services available from Delano Regional Medical Center. It will connect you to the medical community to find a doctor or specialist, expert health information, and provide links to external sources for additional health-related issues.
I thank you for visiting our website. If you would like more information about our hospital or have additional questions or comments, please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org
