Volunteer Opportunities
Delano Regional Medical Center volunteers create a special partnership with the healthcare staff and play an important role in our commitment to our patients.
Young in age or young at heart, DRMC volunteers share their hearts and their talents in service to the hospital, its patients, visitors and guests. Whether working in one or more of the patient care service areas, greeting patients and visitors, distributing books and snacks, providing activities for children, managing the Gift Shop, working in support of hospital staff in a variety of clerical services, or making patient pillows and quilts at home, DRMC volunteers truly bring an added measure of quality to the hospital’s commitment to customer service and satisfaction.
DRMC’s volunteers are committed people of different ages with diverse backgrounds; our volunteers are teenagers, retired adults, mom and dads, and college students. Each and every volunteer brings something special.
